Overview

At Algebreezy, we strive to provide a high-quality educational experience. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for subscriptions and purchases made through the Algebreezy application.

Refund eligibility depends on the platform through which the purchase was made.

02

Purchases Made Through Apple App Store

If you subscribed to Algebreezy through the Apple App Store, Apple is the merchant of record and manages all billing and refund requests.

As a result:

  • Algebreezy and ArithmaTech Inc. cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases.
  • Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
  • Refund approval is subject to Apple's refund policies and procedures.

To request a refund from Apple, visit:

03

Purchases Made Through Google Play Store

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, Google manages payment processing and certain refund requests.

As a result:

  • Refund requests should generally be submitted through Google Play.
  • Approval of refunds is subject to Google's refund policies.
  • In limited circumstances, Algebreezy may assist users with refund inquiries, but final refund decisions remain subject to Google's policies where applicable.

04

Purchases Made Through Paddle

For subscriptions purchased through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment processing on behalf of ArithmaTech Inc.

Refund requests for Paddle purchases may be submitted by contacting:

support@algebreezy.com

or

Paddle Customer Support through the purchase receipt.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

05

Eligibility for Refunds

For purchases made through Paddle, refunds may be considered when:

  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a billing error.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription.
  • A technical issue prevented access to paid content and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
  • The purchase was unauthorized or fraudulent.
  • Applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.

Refund requests should generally be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.

06

Situations Where Refunds Are Normally Not Granted

Refunds will generally not be provided where:

  • The subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date.
  • The user simply decides not to use the service after purchase.
  • The user is dissatisfied with examination results or academic performance.
  • The user forgets to cancel an auto-renewing subscription.
  • The user has already substantially used the subscription during the billing period.
  • The issue relates to internet connectivity, device compatibility, or circumstances outside Algebreezy's control.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

07

Free Access and Subscription Upgrades

Algebreezy does not currently offer free trials of its paid subscription plans.

However, users may access certain features of the application without charge through Algebreezy's free access tier. The availability, scope, and duration of free access features are determined by ArithmaTech Inc. and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.

A paid subscription is required to unlock premium content and features available within the application.

Because users are able to evaluate the application through the free access tier before purchasing a subscription:

  • Subscription purchases are not considered free trials.
  • Subscription fees will be charged immediately upon purchase.
  • Refunds will not be provided solely because a user decides not to continue using the premium service after purchase.
  • Users are encouraged to explore the free version of Algebreezy before subscribing to determine whether the Service meets their needs.

Nothing in this section limits any refund rights that may be available under applicable consumer protection laws, or the refund procedures applicable through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Paddle, or any other authorized payment provider.

08

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

After cancellation:

  • Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will occur unless the subscription is reactivated.

Users must cancel subscriptions through the same platform used for purchase:

Apple App Store

Manage subscriptions through Apple Account Settings.

Google Play Store

Manage subscriptions through Google Play Subscription Settings.

Paddle

Manage subscriptions through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting support.

09

Promotional Codes and Gifted Access

Subscriptions or access obtained through:

  • Promotional campaigns
  • Complimentary access
  • Discount vouchers
  • Activation codes
  • Scholarship programs

are not redeemable for cash and are generally not eligible for refunds.

10

Fraud Prevention

Algebreezy reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of:

  • Abuse of refund policies
  • Repeated refund requests after extensive use
  • Account sharing
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
11

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer, we encourage users to contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Access to the affected subscription may be suspended during the investigation.
  • Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted or terminated.
12

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where local law grants additional rights to refunds, cancellations, or cooling-off periods, those rights shall prevail.
